Returns & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies exclusively to the website www.gray-nicolls.qa, which is owned and managed by PrimeBuild Crickets .

At Gray-Nicolls Qatar Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Period

  1. Returns may be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

  2. Faulty or defective products may be returned beyond this period, provided the defect is reported promptly.

2. Return Conditions

  1. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and in the same condition as received.

  2. Items returned damaged due to poor packaging during return transit may be declined.

  3. Personalized or customized products (e.g., printed jerseys, engraved bats) are non-returnable unless faulty.

  4. Protective gear, undergarments, and consumables (balls, socks) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.

3. Refunds

  1. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been received, inspected, and approved by our returns team.

  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  3. Refunds may take up to 10 working days, depending on the payment provider.

  4. Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  1. Exchanges may be requested within the return period, subject to stock availability.

  2. If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference must be paid. If of lower value, the difference will be refunded as per Section 3.

5. Return Method

  1. Customers may return products by:

    1. Visiting our store:  110, Building 134, Street 950, Zone 24, Mumtaza, Doha, Qatar.

    2. Courier shipment: Customers may arrange their own courier return. We recommend using a tracked service.

  2. In case of defective or wrongly supplied products, we  will bear return shipping costs.

6. Faulty or Defective Items

  1. Defective or incorrectly supplied items must be reported immediately to our Customer Service team.

  2. You may be asked to provide photos/videos to help us assess the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

7. Purchases from Third-Party Retailers

If you purchased Gray-Nicolls products from an authorized third-party retailer, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges as their policies may differ.
